So how do we do this...?

Firstly, we offer you a core product that has proven its self for over 27yrs with over 9000 builds behind it now. We can build this 40-60% faster than we can a conventional home which translates to savings for you in both time and money.

Best of all, you get to move into your new home that much sooner.
We offer you a range of plans that we can build for you, however, our prices are based on them not being changed in a structural way as structural changes will significantly increase your costs. If need be, we can start fresh and design a new home specifically for you (Conditions Apply.

Secondly, we have put together a team of people to make your new home the best it can be, with the least amount of stress for you and us.
We know it doesn’t always work out as planned... sometimes things don’t work out, but rest assured, if problems are caused by us, we will do everything we can to make sure you are left what we have agreed to, as quickly as possible.
We don’t work on square metre rates or “guess-ta-mations.” They are too misleading and cause too many problems for everyone involved.
Before you sign a build contract with us, we believe you should have as much information about your final costs as possible, to be able to make a proper informed decision,
so we do things a little differently...

If you choose us, we will take you through a two-stage process to achieve this.

Stage One: We do all the planning and designing. 
At the end of this stage, we will have a consented set of plans based on any one of our standard plans, set out on your site.
No building contracts in this stage – Just a “Short Form Agreement” to cover both parties through this preliminary stage.

Stage Two: Once we have a full set of consented plans to price from, we will prepare for you, a building contract, along with a detailed Schedule of Material &
Works that clearly outlines for you, what is included in our contract together.
Our contract is generally a Fixed Price contract, unless you or your site requires us to include some PC Sums or general allowances e.g. Kitchens.
Once all contracts are in place, construction will begin. We will provide you with a start date and a completion date.


When your project is finished and you are happy with all that we have done for you, we will ask you for a couple of things....
Firstly, that you would right a reference about your experience with us, good or bad!
And second, that you would refer us to at least one person.
For this, and any subsequent referral, we would like to give you a thank you gift of $500 once they have signed up to build with us.
